The Association of Vehicle Importers and Distributors (AVID), a non-profit business association of automotive importers and distributors founded in July 2010, welcomes a new member: Ford Group Philippines, Inc. AVID aims to promote the competitiveness of the Philippine automotive industry and boost its value contribution to the Philippine economy.
Ford was recognized as an official AVID member in May this year.
Ford Group Philippines is the exclusive distributor of Ford vehicles in the Philippines.
With Ford under its umbrella, AVID now has 16 strong member companies, representing 23 globally-renowned brands.
With a stronger membership, AVID will continue to advance its advocacy for a fair and equitable playing field, consumer-centric public policy, and an innovation-driven environment for the automotive industry.
