Triple the Fun: Isuzu PH Opens Three IOS Dealerships in the Visayas

Now, Isuzu vehicles are even more accessible than ever, thanks to their triple dealership openings!

In accordance with its goal of strengthening its brand presence and improving its customer service in the Visayas region, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) held, not one, not even two, but three grand openings for its newly renovated Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS) dealerships. Such is the company’s commitment to extend its operational excellence and customer satisfaction, not just in the Metro, but also across the key Visayan cities.

The first grand opening happened on November 6 at Isuzu Iloilo. Specifically located in Mandurriao, Iloilo, the new dealership sits on a 3,400 square meter lot.

It features an expanded showroom floor capable of displaying up to four units, including truck models, offering customers a wider selection. The service area has also been upgraded with eight Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) bays and two dedicated truck bays, catering to the growing needs of fleet customers in the region.

The car brand’s next stop was in Isuzu Mandaue in Cebu last November 7. Here’s an interesting fact: This is the first Isuzu dealership ever in Cebu, Mandaue. In that case, utmost care was given to revamping the facility, as it now spans a whopping 4,280 square meter area. The spacious showroom can display up to four vehicles, while the service center is equipped with six LCV service bays and two truck bays, enhancing its capacity to serve the energetic car enthusiasts in Cebu.

The company understands that Cebu is one of the most economically dynamic regions in the country, opening the way for vast opportunities in industries like tourism, trade, and logistics. Much so, that Jinggoy Ybanez, Branch Manager of Isuzu Cebu, emphasized the strategic significance of the new IOS-compliant dealership, stating that, “Cebu’s booming market demands durable and reliable transportation solutions. Our vehicles, especially the D-MAX pick-up and trucks, are designed to meet these needs. The enhanced Isuzu Mandaue dealership allows us to better support local businesses by offering a comprehensive range of sales and aftersales services.”

Their last stop was in Isuzu Bohol last November 9. It is smaller in size, yet, the total area of 1,680 square meters is equipped with three display units in the showroom and six service bays. As such, future expansion plans for Isuzu Bohol’s service area are already in place to better accommodate fleet clients and meet rising demand.

These three dealerships are operated by Ayala’s Iconic Dealership Inc. (IDI), IPC President Tetsuya Fujita expressed his gratitude to the dealer group for their commitment to enhancing the facilities, stating, “We thank our partners at IDI for their dedication to providing excellent sales and aftersales service in these key areas. Our IOS dealerships are not just places to purchase vehicles; they represent a promise of quality, reliability, and outstanding service. With a streamlined setup and our trusted Isuzu vehicles, we ensure every visit is a productive and rewarding experience for our customers.”

Overall, this series of IOS-compliant dealership openings reflects Isuzu’s dedication to continuously improving customer service and providing state-of-the-art facilities that match the renowned quality of its products. Basically, they are set to offer an elevated experience for customers, ensuring they receive top-tier service and access to a robust lineup of current and future Isuzu vehicles.
