Yamaha’s Riding Community Gathers for the YClub Leaders Summit 2024

It takes a great community to represent a long-time brand, but what’s even more impressive is the unwavering support of that brand towards its supportive community.

No other example can better serve as a living proof of this than the connection that  Yamaha Motor Philippines has with its YClub members. Case in point, they recently celebrated their second YClub Leaders Summit (previously known as the YClub National Conference).

Being the one and only motorcycle brand that has a strong foundation with its customers, Yamaha Motor Philippines continues to provide exceptional experiences for the Filipino riding community in 2024. Held at the Grand Westside Hotel, the summit gathers all presidents and vice presidents of YClub groups nationwide to create an avenue for open discussions and to prepare for 2025.

The Yamaha Club has inevitably changed over time since its founding in 2011 due to community growth in numbers, diverse ideas, and multiple interests from thousands of members. This allows Yamaha Motor Philippines to understand more of the contrasting faces and how a brand comes into play to provide empowering programs.

Within this year, YMPH reclaimed the GUINNESS WORLD RECORD titles (Most engines started simultaneously, most motorcycle horns sounded simultaneously) and retained the third title (Largest motorcycle parade). Notable events also happened this year when Yamaha and YClub riders successfully made their touring comeback in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao with a total of 800-kilometer ride.

To move forward in 2025, YMPH gives all officers a mission to create more of their club-initiated activities that they think fit best to expand their influence as a group. This encourages the club to step up and be confident in making their ideas come to life with support coming from Yamaha. Besides this, YMPH also announced programs and new experiences that will be publicly launched next year; these projects will focus on giving an elevated customer experience for all Yamaha motorcycle users.

Now that the YClub has a roster of 65 accredited clubs, the summit celebrated everyone’s hard work in the evening. Top clubs, presidents, best charity projects, and touring activities were all awarded, pushing all officers to continuously give their all in every rev they make next year, proving that YClub is truly ‘more than just a ride’.
