Isuzu PH holds 2017 Service Skills Olympics

Isuzu Philippines once again held its annual Service Skills Olympics last June 3 at Filinvest Tent in Alabang.

The one-day program was designed to empower and appreciate the importance of the key dealer parts and service personnel namely—service advisor, service technicians and parts analyst—whose roles have been the catalyst for the success of the company. The activity also strengthens and improves the theoretical and technical skills of IPC’s dealer parts and service personnel.

Spearheaded by IPC President Hajime Koso, EVP Shojiro Sakoda and Vice President for Aftersales Koji Hanawa, three categories–divided into various subcategories–such as Service Technician, Service Advisor, and Parts Analyst, comprised the competition ranging from written to practical exams.

Winners of parts analyst category were Joselito Tubilla of Isuzu Mandaue (2nd Runner Up); Joana Zorilla of Isuzu Pampanga (1st Runner Up); and Jessie Huyno of Cagayan de Oro (declared overall champion).
