Many people say that buying an electric vehicle (EV) is always a wise choice. For one, you are helping the environment by not having to spread emissions on the road. Secondly, you are driving a modern car with the latest features, such is the case with EVs nowadays.
And now, there’s a third reason that might interest you.
ACMobility, a leader in electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions in the Philippines, introduces its new membership program designed to offer customers exceptional value, convenience, and a hassle-free charging experience.
The ACMobility Membership features a variety of subscription plans with significant savings and credit allowances, ensuring cost-effective and efficient charging for EV owners. Offering 20% savings on fees, the program provides lower rates than pay-as-you-go pricing, making it a much more affordable alternative to traditional fuel costs and enhancing the overall accessibility of electric mobility.
“Our new ACMobility Membership program is designed with the future in mind, offering easy, affordable, and convenient charging solutions for the growing number of EV owners in the Philippines. It reflects our commitment to accelerating the shift to cleaner transportation while honoring the loyalty and trust of our consumers by delivering value and hassle-free experience every time they charge their vehicles,” says Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, Chief Executive Officer of ACMobility.
Membership Offerings and Mechanics
ACMobility offers three membership plans—Plan 1,200, Plan 2,000, and Plan 4,000—all designed to suit varying charging needs. Each plan provides a credit allowance valid for 30 days, usable across all ACMobility charging stations.
● Plan 1,200: PHP 1,500 credits (good for 52kWh AC or 42kWh DC)
● Plan 2,000: PHP 2,500 credits (good for 87kWh AC or 71kWh DC)
● Plan 4,000: PHP 5,000 credits (good for 175kWh AC or 142kWh DC)
Credits refresh every 30 days and apply to all station types. Unused credits expire at the end of the plan validity period.
The ACMobility Membership is open to all EV owners as a recurring subscription paid every 30 days via credit card. Members can manage their plans—including changes or cancellations—through the ACMobility Membership Portal, effective at the end of the plan validity period. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted to cash or equivalents.
Membership Subscription Purchase and Use Through the Evro App
The ACMobility Membership Plan is exclusively available through the Evro app. Evro, a leading software solutions provider and a part of the Ayala Group, allows customers to locate available and compatible stations, monitor their charging session, and make cashless payments seamlessly.
For new Evro users, subscribing to ACMobility is simple. During the sign-up process, they can quickly link their Evro account. A prompt will direct them to the portal where they can select their preferred membership plan.
For existing Evro users, they can subscribe by navigating to My Profile > Link Membership > ACMobility. This prompt will take them to the portal where they can choose their plan.
To subscribe, users should:
● Open the Evro app and go to the “My Profile” page.
● Select “Link Membership” and choose ACMobility Membership from the list.
● Choose from the available plans: Plan 1,200, Plan 2,000, or Plan 4,000.
● Complete the registration form with personal details.
Using the credits is just as simple. Users can follow these steps:
● Open the Evro app and select a desired ACMobility charging station.
● Plug the vehicle into the selected station and scan the station’s QR code to pair the charger with the app.
● Select ACMobility Membership credits as the payment method and click Proceed to Pay to confirm and start the charging session.
● Once charging is complete, users can stop the session and unplug their vehicle.
If the available credits are insufficient to fully pay for a charging session, a prompt will appear requiring users to select an alternative payment method to cover the balance. Once payment is confirmed, the charging session will proceed as normal.
