Travelers from the south, rejoice! The new 6×6 lanes configuration of the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) from Susanna Heights, Muntinlupa to Calamba, Laguna — with two additional lanes on both southbound and northbound sides — will be opened this December, just in time for the holiday rush, as confirmed by San Miguel Corporation (SMC) chairman and CEO Ramon S. Ang, said.
Spearheaded by the San Miguel unit and SLEX concession holder SMC SLEX Inc., the 6×6 lanes are proceeding on schedule, with the said 29-kilometer stretch slated to open in the third week of December.
