Since he was appointed as the managing director of Ford Group Philippines last September 2024, Pedro Simoes already had huge shoes to fill in his newfound position, given that his main responsibility is to amp up the growth of Ford in the country. It may seem like an intimidating road ahead, but the way things are going, he seems to be handling the role pretty well.
