Vingroup and global investment firm JTA Investment Qatar have announced a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), opening up strategic investment opportunities in the electric vehicle and tourism sectors.
Accordingly, JTA Investment Qatar recognizes VinFast’s global growth strategy, alongside the significant value of Vinpearl’s premium hotels and resorts, leading amusement parks and entertainment clusters, thereby aiming to join Vingroup in capitalizing on these investment opportunities.
VinFast and Motech Automotive Service Centers have recently come together to forge a transformative partnership. This groundbreaking alliance, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), is set to expand VinFast’s service network and cater to the growing demand for electric vehicles.
As the market shifts towards greener and more sustainable transportation, this collaboration marks a significant milestone in the journey towards an eco-friendly future.

V-GREEN has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with eTreego, a Taiwanese green energy company, to significantly expand VinFast electric vehicle charging station infrastructure. This partnership aims to install 100,000 charging portals in VinFast’s three key Southeast Asian markets, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam, underscoring V-GREEN’s commitment to building a comprehensive electric vehicle ecosystem and meet the growing demand for green transformation across Southeast Asia.
Both parties will actively research and work towards strategic goals, including building and operating 100,000 franchised charging portals for VinFast electric vehicles by 2030. Specifically, in the second quarter of 2025, eTreego will deploy 200 pilot charging portals in Vietnam, before expanding into VinFast’s two key international markets: Indonesia and the Philippines.
